The Gator crossover sail range covers every type of windsurfing conditions from around the globe. The core principles are manoeuvrability, durability and performance to enable the rider to take the same approach to their windsurfing whatever the conditions.
The smallest sizes are as comfortable in the waves as any of the dedicated wave lines, maintaining the soft and easy feel keeps them easy to use for flat water action.
The medium sizes feature a blend of design and material characteristics designed to be manoeuvre orientated whilst comfortable for straight line blasting.
The larger sizes of the Gator feature a lower foot, more powerfull profile and the lightest construction of the Gator line.This orientates the sail towards speed, stability and early planing combined with the Gator 'throw around' feel.

I have used the Severne Gator now for just over two years. I can not get over how controllable and user friendly this sail is, from my 4.7M to 6M. This sail will perform, just blasting with your mates on flat water, to 110% controllable in Bump & Jump condition’s and the icing is it acts like a wave sail, in waves! The sail delivers control and maneuverability in all conditions. In stronger winds I just give it a bit more down-hall, thus the leech just opens out so I never feel over-powered. I usually have 1/2m more sail than my mates - comments are ‘how are you hanging on to that size?’ Easy, it’s a GATOR I rig my Gators on Severne Blue line RDM masts.
