Neil Greentree is the 'Gaffa' at Team QSW. He leads the team around the UK sailing in the BSA Slalom series and heads the Thommen Roadshow that travels the UK showing off Thommen boards. His sailing has taken him everywhere from Norfolk to Tarifa, Tenerife to Maui but his experience in being able to clearly advise intermediate sailors is well known.

Steve Chatten has been sailing fast for over 15 years and is now competing in the BSA Slalom series around the UK. His ability to sail any kit well allows him to recognise where kit needs to be adjusted. His sailing has taken him from the UK to Dahab, and Tenerife to Africa. Being Neil's windsurf sparring partner, Steve never wastes a chance to slam a gybe around Neil in the water - just remember to give them space!!

Andy Holland is the new boy at Team QSW, he is based in North Norfolk and home sailing is at Hunstanton sailing club. His favourite spots around the local area include Brancaster and East Runcton. He is an RRD ambassador, so any query about the brand please speak to him at the beach or contact Nikki at the shop and she will put you in touch. His sailing has taken him to many great locations; favourites include Moulay in Morocco, Fuerteventura and the Autumn trip to Brandon bay Southern Ireland. The best part of sailing for Andy is being down the beach or on a road trip with the boys.

With over 20 years sailing experience, 10 of which using NorthSails and Fanatic equipment, Jonny is still feeling the buzz when a good forecast is incoming.
He says there's
nothing better than a road trip anywhere in the UK or Ireland. For Jonny, windsurfing is all about the challenge of being able to make the most of what ever sailing conditions are on offer and pushing your own ability and comfort zone. Don't give up your day will come!
Jonny is lucky enough to of sailed all over the UK and Ireland, Lanzarote ,Fuerte, Tenerife, Greece and Jeri in Brazil, but says you can't beat a sunny Hunstanton, Norfolk in a northely gail at high tide!
